Initiate Your Request
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
